Shoreditch venue The Book Club is hosting an exhibition and events to celebrate ten years of British comedy troupe The Mighty Boosh.
The Mighty Boosh is a multi-award winning comedy series which grew quickly from cult following to mainstream success over the course of its three seasons for BBC 2 and BBC 3.
The exhibition features illustrations from one of the show’s creators, Noel Fielding along with photos by Dave Brown (Bollo). There’s also work by other artists Ivana Zorn, Andy Hollingworth, Mr Bingo and Jake.
The troupe’s name was originally a phrase used by a friend of co-star Michael Fielding’s to describe the hair that Michael had as a child.
