Gatwick is an exciting place to work – it’s the world’s busiest single-runway airport and the second largest airport in the UK.
As a result of coming under new ownership in 2009, Gatwick has had to become more commercial and innovative.
Consequently, this has brought modernisation in the form of more focused objectives and values, and new projects.
Diversity at Gatwick
With such a hugely diverse workforce and a broad range of messages to get across, some very different publications were required.
Challenges have included conveying business messages in a bi-monthly magazine, promoting a new uniform, and giving the Occupational Health team a PR overhaul.
The magazine is also able to bring dry business objectives to life, show staff contributions, and rally support for the second runway campaign.
