Some 300,000 people work for DHL, part of the world’s largest logistics company and one of the world’s biggest employers, Deutsche Post. Our Building the Best campaign helped staff feel they were individually powerful, rather than insignificant cogs, in this great machine.
Branded campaign materials, translated into 22 languages, told the story so far and shared the vision. Inspiring case studies were supported by visually engaging infographics and ‘fast facts’ to deliver clear and concise messages for different global audience groups. Posters with floor vinyl directional footprints, prize scratch-cards and a competition to nominate colleagues who were helping to ‘build the best’ were all part of the plan, supported by insightful research and measurement.
